Using psilocybin as a catalyst for growth
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound, found in certain species of mushrooms, often referred to as “magic mushrooms.” When ingested, the body converts psilocybin into psilocin, a substance that uniquely affects the serotonin receptors in the brain. This interaction can lead to profound changes in perception, thought, patterns, and states of consciousness. Many people describe psilocybin experiences as transformative, offering insights into their lives, emotions, and the world around them. Although psilocybin has a long history of use in indigenous cultures for ceremonial and spiritual purposes, it is only in recent years that the modern world has begun to recognize its potential therapeutic value. Psilocybin is currently being researched in clinical settings for its ability to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, addiction, OCD, existential distress, and post traumatic stress, as well as it’s potential to deepen self-awareness and strengthen a sense of interconnectedness.
______________________________
Psilocybin can offer a profound opportunity to reconnect with the parts of you that feel denied, forgotten, or misplaced. For many, this work illuminates long held patterns of protection and defense and supports movement toward greater authenticity, connection, and ease.
In a safe and intentional setting, psilocybin can help you examine long held beliefs that are no longer serving you, soften patterns of fear or disconnection, release emotional blockages, and create space for new possibilities. The process is not about forcing or fixing (you are not broken) but simply reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. The invitation is to slow down and listen to what your inner intelligence already knows. With gentle support, mindfulness, and highly attuned guidance, the process becomes one of receptive re-membering rather than doing or striving.
Psilocybin experiences can be especially meaningful for those seeking to process trauma, navigate life transitions, or find a deeper sense of belonging. Each session is held with presence, care, sensitivity, and respect for your unique process and pace.

Welcome
My work is rooted in compassion, humility, and an unshakable belief in the power of connection — also, a deep reverence for the human experience a devotion to its mysterious nature. I have worked extensively with various psychedelic plants and compounds under the guidance of licensed professionals and well-respected earth-based healers. As a result, my practice is founded upon and honors both modern science and ancient world wisdom traditions.
I believe that healing is inherently relational and that my role is to witness, reflect, hold, attune, lovingly challenge, and gently orient you back toward yourself. Whether you are interested in addressing the effects of early life trauma, finding a sense of purpose and fulfillment, reconnecting to a lost sense of yourself, or exploring spirituality, I am humbled by the opportunity to facilitate this dynamic and meaningful inward exploration.
Together, we have the opportunity to co-create a space where healing unfolds naturally, and transformation is embraced with curiosity, levity, and openness.

Psilocybin Retreat for Women May 19-May 24, 2026
Step away from the demands of daily life & prioritize your well-being with our 6-day, 2-journey psilocybin retreat designed for women, by women.
The whole experience from preparation to integration was so deeply appreciated and life changing. Each step felt evolutionary. After initially seeking a 1:1 experience, I am so very very grateful Alex offered the Women's Retreat setting. I truly believe I had a much more expansive, connective, and deep experience in the group setting and sessions than I would have had individually. Everything from the beginning to this moment has been so much more than I could have expected or imagined for myself. So very appreciative to have found and experienced this life changing journey.

What Participants Say…
Wow, the facilitators were incredible. They were so open, kind, caring, supportive, empathetic, nurturing - the list could go on. What a special team of women. They always were always attentive, gentle, and understanding to every participant's need. They all gave from their unique strengths and perspectives to make the journey and integration work so profound and meaningful. I LOVED the integration day and all of the different integration exercises we did. Hearing from all the participants about their journeys and getting to do the integration work with all the facilitators was one of the most beautiful and profound days of my life. It filled my soul. The connectedness and community felt on that day is a memory I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

“The process of growth is, it seems, is the art of falling down. Growth is measured by the gentleness and awareness with which we once again pick ourselves up, the lightness with which we dust ourselves off, the openness with which we continue and take the next unknown step, beyond our edge, beyond our holding, into the remarkable mystery of being.”
